The Role

We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales & Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role that sits at the centre of our daily operations. You will be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers while ensuring our sales and administrative processes remain as strong as the equipment we sell.

This role is perfect for someone who is technically minded, highly organized, and enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative precision.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Coordination: Handle inbound inquiries for sales, and servicing of the equipment we handle.
* Quoting & Estimation: Prepare accurate quotes for technical products and services (including hydraulic repairs and testing) and follow up to close the loop.
* Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, lead times, and site visit schedules.
* CRM & Documentation: Maintain the integrity of our customer database and assist in the preparation of vital safety documents, certificates, and asset reports.
* Internal Support: Provide administrative backup to our external sales reps and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

* The "Lifting" Mindset: You are naturally curious about how things work. Experience in a technical or industrial trade environment (lifting, hydraulics, or construction) is highly regarded.
* Communication King/Queen: You have a professional and friendly phone manner and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
* Detail Driven: You understand that in our industry, safety and accuracy are everything. You have a "measure twice, cut once" approach to your paperwork.
* System Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and quick to pickup internal Computer processes.
* Team Player: You're happy to "find a way" to help, whether that's solving a customer problem or helping a colleague with a deadline.
