With over 45 years of trusted service on the Sunshine Coast, the firm has a strong reputation in the industry and a growing Financial Planning arm. You will work alongside an existing Adviser and Senior Adviser and grow your career, manage your own clients and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team. The Role: Lead new client meetings and review sessions, developing strategies and tailored recommendations Collaborate with paraplanners and Client Service Officers to implement advice and update systems such as AdviserLogic Take ownership of a growing client portfolio and manage your own clients over time Support existing clients as required, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term relationship management Focus on outcomes and quality of work rather than micro-management, managing tasks and deadlines independently Contribute to business growth through client engagement and proactive advisory initiatives About You: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar financial planning role or demonstrable equivalent skills ADFP/Tertiary Qualifications, meeting requirements to be an Authorised Representative FASEA exam completed Strong technical knowledge with a focus on overall wealth advice, including SMA’s, ETFs, Direct Shares, and Wrap Accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance Strong planning and organisational skills Up-to-date with CPD points and a clean compliance record What’s On Offer: A collaborative, supportive team environment with high client interaction Opportunity to manage and grow your own client portfolio over time Genuine pathway to Partnership and potential for equity in the long term Flexibility and autonomy in your work with clear expectations and trust Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus structure Exposure to a variety of financial planning strategies and advisory work in a boutique, growth-focused firm This role is ideal for a go-getter financial planner looking to take the next step in their career while contributing to a growing, reputable firm.
