Frontline Retail Associate
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline team in Bulli, NSW.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position that requires availability on Mondays and Saturdays for morning and evening shifts. As a Frontline Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and exciting in-store deals, operating point of sale systems, and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver brilliant customer service and create memorable experiences for EG customers
* Promote products and exciting in-store deals to drive sales and revenue growth
* Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation
What We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential. A confident, energetic approach to each shift is crucial, as well as a proactive communicator and solutions-focused team player.
