This role is on offer due to an internal promotion. You will work a shift with crossover with the People & Culture Manager in this newly created position, reporting to the People and Culture Manager.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding and compliance)
- Ensure ongoing compliance with reporting requirements in relation to visa programs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Proactively manage employees across absenteeism, welfare and disciplinary action as required
- Manage and implement the Return to Work and Workers Compensation program in compliance with procedures and guidance
- Liaise and support the Operations production team in employee concerns and management
- Monitor and implement applicable Policies, Procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with internal processes and legislation
- Monitor and implement accommodation processes
- Work with and maintain a strong relationship with the senior leadership team
