We’re working with a client who are looking for 4x Customer Service Consultants to join a busy and supportive call centre team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate their questions, resolve issues, and ensure their experience is seamless.

The Role:

You’ll be handling a mix of calls, emails, and backend administration.

On a typical day, you will:

- Manage around 25 inbound member calls, providing guidance, resolving issues, and processing payments
- Handle 30+ member emails daily, following up on enquiries and admin requests
- Complete 30+ backend tasks, updating member records and maintaining accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

What’s on Offer:

- $73,150 package + 7.5% annual bonus
- Shift-based hours: Week A (8:30am – 5:00pm), Week B (9:00am – 5:30pm)

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Customer service experience (call centre or high-volume support ideal, but not essential)
- A team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Please note: Annual leave cannot be taken in June, July, December, or January
