We have been engaged by one of our long standing clients to help them with engaging an experienced Scrum Master with Peoplesoft project experience (however we will also look at other ERP products as well)
**Along with the standard Scrum Master capabilities and servant leadership style - We are looking for experience in the following**
- Experience working with teams responsible for complex ERPs. Doesn't need to be Peoplesoft but could include systems across human resourcing, financial management, student management (_Peoplesoft is very much preferred_)
- Strong skills in core Agile practices of breaking down work, defining acceptance criteria, relative estimation and visualising work (challenges for the time at the moment).
- Experience in defining and using Agile/Lean metrics to guide continuous improvement.
- Accustomed to strong business/stakeholder personalities experience in protecting the team and equipping the Product Owner with what they need to manage expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to 'unstick' some of the anti-patterns at play (e.g. team lead directing who will do what, individuals disconnected from broader goals, no controls to manage a sustainable pace).
You will be joining a fantastic team of experienced consultant but we really do need someone that can provide direction, someone with a big personality that can hold their own and be a voice of the team.
If you like further info - please do send through an updated resume detailing your suitability and ERP experience from a Scrum Master perspective
