About The Role
The department's Family Day Care Programs oversees the delivery of high-quality home-based care for children through Family Day Care, Guardianship Family Day Care and Respite Care programs, in line with the National Quality Framework for early childhood education and care, the South Australian Children and Young People's Safety Act and National Disability Insurance Scheme.
The Business and Customer Support Team Leader – Family Day Care Programs is responsible for overseeing the educator and family customer service experience in relation to fees, enrolments, payments and compliance with the National Law and Regulations. The role involves managing a team of dedicated staff responsible for providing timely and professional customer service, handling accounts receivable and payable, and delivering technical and business support for educators.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil
Desirable: A tertiary qualification in a business or education and care related fields.
Special conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
Remuneration
ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
