The Role
We're looking for a Content Creator (Videographer) with strong technical and creative skills in video production. This role is primarily focused on filming and editing high-quality video content, with responsibility for delivering projects from concept through to final output.
You'll work closely with the creative team while also managing your own shoots and edits.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
* Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting rigs, and sound recording equipment on location and in studio
* Edit video footage into polished final content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
* Apply advanced editing techniques including colour correction, sound design, pacing, and visual storytelling
* Translate creative briefs into visual concepts and execute them through filming and post-production
* Manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production
* Ensure all video deliverables meet professional technical and creative standards
* Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Required Skills and Experience:
* Relevant qualification in film, media production, or a related field, or at least 3+ years of experience in videography and video production
* Demonstrated experience shooting and editing video content (showreel required)
* Strong technical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
* Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
* Solid understanding of video production workflows and visual storytelling techniques
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* You must be located in Australia and hold working rights, to apply for this position.
