* $85,415 - $96, % Super (pro rata)

About The Role
The Creative Spaces Administrator offers an exciting opportunity to support Melbourne's creative ecosystem by enabling access to affordable, well-managed spaces for artists and creative practitioners.

This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality administrative, financial and licensing support to the Creative Spaces program, ensuring artists, licensees and stakeholders experience a professional, responsive and well-governed service. Through this work, the role directly supports the City of Melbourne's commitment to a bold, inclusive and creative city.

This is a part time opportunity, 3 days per week.
A Little More About The Role

* Deliver high-quality business, financial and contract administration support across the Creative Spaces program
* Coordinate end-to-end licensing processes, including artist engagement, documentation, compliance and licence management
* Manage procurement, purchase orders, invoicing and financial reporting in line with City of Melbourne policies
* Support data management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, including EOI processes and licence systems

About You
You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment. You're confident engaging with artists, stakeholders and internal teams, and you bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to your work.

What Your Experience Might Look Like

* Experience providing business or administrative support in a complex or fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across diverse stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience in financial, contract or licence administration and working with multiple systems
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, applying sound judgement and continuous improvement thinking
