Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure safe and effective nursing care delivery, taking immediate action when necessary.
* Providing guidance to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers.
* Maintaining efficient referral systems with senior nursing staff, medical professionals, and allied health experts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* CURRENTLY REGISTERED WITH THE AUSTRALIAN HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION AGENCY (AHPRA) AS A REGISTERED NURSE.
* Prior relevant experience in aged care is advantageous but not essential.
