Join Vinarchy, a global leader redefining the wine industry! As a Reliability Technician – Mechanical, you'll play a key role in keeping our packaging plant running smoothly and efficiently. This hands‐on role is all about problem‐solving, continuous improvement, and ensuring our equipment operates at its best. You'll be part of a proactive, customer‐focused maintenance team that supports our mission to deliver world‐class wines from grape to glass.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Investigate and resolve plant failures, and participate in root cause analysis.
* Perform planned and breakdown maintenance, and assist with commissioning new equipment.
* Identify critical components and manage spare parts inventory.
* Support apprentices and contractors, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
* Contribute to process improvements and project work.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, and communicate effectively across shifts.
What You'll Bring:
* A trade qualification in mechanical maintenance or a related discipline.
* Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments, ideally multi‐shift operations.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, detail‐oriented approach.
* Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, CMMS systems).
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
* Knowledge of process control systems, pumps, valves, and machine drawings.
Desirable: Experience with TPM/5S, Siemens S7, AutoCAD, and high‐risk licenses (Forklift/EWP).
