Salary: $82,106 – $110,143 per annum + annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Role Responsibilities
- Provide life‑changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings – homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
- Utilise evidence‑based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans and support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
- Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- Attend weekly team meetings in the hub and share stories of impact.
- Tap into the knowledge and support of a Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- General AHPRA Registration.
- Positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and team‑player mindset.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred but not essential.
