Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (SA) to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across your designated client groups, driving strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with our business goals and people strategy.
As the key HR point of contact, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, supporting enterprise agreement negotiations, and enabling a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. What You'll Do
Reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources, your key responsibilities will include:
* Partnering with leaders to design and deliver HR and Workplace strategies that align with Airbus' objectives.
* Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent management and remuneration.
* Leading and supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations within your client groups.
* Advising and coaching leaders on proactive team performance management, employee development and succession planning.
* Driving attraction, retention and talent management initiatives to meet business needs and workforce planning requirements.
* Managing HR data, analytics and reporting to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
* Supporting and leading HR projects to enhance service delivery and employee engagement.
* Promoting and maintaining a safe, inclusive and values-driven workplace.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering capacity.
* Proven experience in Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
* Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent planning and HR analytics.
* Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders, providing pragmatic advice and coaching through change, conflict, and organisational transformation.
* Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices, legislation and compliance within a large organisation.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Law or a related discipline (mandatory).
* Postgraduate qualifications in HR or business-related fields (desirable).
