Establish a Manager of Customer Due Diligence role to spearhead Merchant Risk Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of risk analysts and specialists, ensuring effective customer risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a large team, including day-to-day people management, work allocation, prioritization and mentoring.
* Develop and implement CDD systems, processes and procedures.
* Review and optimize existing CDD systems to ensure compliance with AML/CTF Rules.
