We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Sydney boutique team. Your mission will be to engage clients with exceptional service, helping to build the APM brand by fostering strong relationships with our in-store clients.
Responsibilities
* Engage clients with exceptional service and foster strong relationships with in-store clients to help build the APM brand.
* Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, and team management.
* Able to manage store operations and visual merchandising independently.
* Able to motivate and guide the Senior SA/SA.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 4–5 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
* Track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.
* Fluency in English.
* Teamwork spirit and proactive attitude; approachable personality and customer-service orientation.
* Working location: Sydney Elizabeth Street David Jones.
* Immediate availability is preferred.
* Candidate with less experience may be considered for Senior Sales Associate position.
