We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to champion our safety culture and drive a strong health, safety, environment, and quality standards across the organisation.
About the Role:
 * Lead a team and promote HSEQ standards
 * Conduct workplace inspections and audits
 * Coordinate health and safety programs on site
 * Assist with external audits and investigations
Key Responsibilities:
 * Support short and long-term HSEQ strategies
 * Drive a strong safety culture
 * Manage health and safety programs
 * Ensure compliance with regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
 * Comprehensive knowledge of safety legislation and industry regulations
 * Experience in conducting ICAM investigations
 * Intermediate-Advanced computer/software skills using Microsoft 365 suite
 * Proficient skills in safety system and records management
Requirements:
 * Relevant experience in construction (marine preferred) or heavy industry
 * Current Class C Drivers Licence
 * Basic First Aid and CPR qualifications
 * Incident Cause Analysis Measures (ICAM) or equivalent
Travel Requirements:
 * Opportunities to travel regionally for remote site coverage
