ABOUT THE ROLE:

Wilson Security is expanding in the VIC, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.
This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
6. Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
7. Gatehouse duties
8. Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
9. Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
10. Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
11. Providing support to tenants and Facilities
12. Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
13. Responding to emergency situations
14. Contractor management duties
15. Ad-hoc duties

18. Proactive and problem-solving mindset
19. Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
20. Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
21. Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
22. Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
23. Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
24. Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
25. Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
26. Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
27. Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
