Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Specialist
As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality patient outcomes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups
* Effective clinical communication skills, including the use of information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
