Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting clients with daily activities such as taking them to appointments and social outings
* Ensuring completion of accurate documentation
* Collaborating with families, colleagues and case managers
* Providing backup support to other staff members when needed
Requirements:
* Australian Driver's License (provisional permitted)
* Vehicle with valid insurance and registration
* NDIS Worker's Screening
* First Aid and CPR certification
* 100 points of identification
* Working with Children Check
