Project Workflow Designer
A highly skilled and motivated individual is required to join our team as a Project Workflow Designer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with market-leading automation and robotic equipment in hospitals and pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand, delivering projects that improve the delivery and quality of healthcare in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Project Management team to manage administrative tasks required to achieve program/project objectives.
* Supporting project and sales teams by designing workflow concepts incorporating Rowa product portfolio.
* Designing final installation designs for the Rowa product implementation.
* Developing workflow concept options to demonstrate optimised workflow efficiencies by integrating Rowa product portfolio.
* Presenting workflow concepts and adapting concepts by incorporating customer feedback.
* Displaying strong communication skills collaborating with Project Management team, customers, and other project stakeholders.
* Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
* Ensuring centralised project reporting and tracking systems are kept updated and dashboard reports are regularly circulated for stakeholder review.
* Consistently meeting deadlines through quality administrative skills.
* Tracking project activities, risks, and outstanding actions to engage project stakeholders as required.
Key Competencies:
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or similar preferred; qualification in Project Management considered desirable.
* Excellent software skills - Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, and/or similar 3D graphics and presentation software (AutoCAD essential).
* 3+ years of professional design experience with excellent 3D graphic skills, concept design, and presentation skills.
* Team player equipped with a growth mindset, able to operate in a highly motivated and open feedback environment.
* Positive, reliable, trustworthy, 'hands-on' and proactive personality.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and outstanding organisational/self-organisational skills.
* Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
* Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills and ability to think in a creative manner.
* Ability to analyse customer's existing workflows and design solutions with problem-solving skills.
* Experience designing pharmacies and retail will be looked upon favourably.
* Self-starter; able to work alongside various Project Managers within the Project Management Office.
