The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant (Level 2 or Level 3 HIGA – Casual), this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in island life while building your hospitality career in a premium venue. You'll deliver warm and welcoming service across our food and beverage outlets, creating memorable guest experiences that reflect our award-winning standards.
As a core team member, you will:
* Provide professional floor and bar service at Sunsets Bar & Dining
* Prepare and serve delicious Pound coffee beverages and treats at Pelican
* Help deliver fantastic events at our new purpose-built Function Centre
* Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness
* Work collaboratively within a high-performing team
* Deliver warm, knowledgeable and efficient guest service

This is a Live On island position, including:
* Low weekly rent (all utilities included, deducted from wages)

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed venue
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* Valid Food Handler's Certificate
* National Police Certificate
* Impeccable grooming and presentation
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
