Find A Carer is a leading care agency, supporting reputable Residential Aged Care facilities across NSW & ACT. We are hiring Registered Nurses to join our internal team and support our clients and their residents.
We pay well above the Aged Care Award and are looking for the best, starting from $60 per hour for first-year nurses and higher for experienced RNs. Enjoy flexible shifts, supportive teams, and the opportunity to choose when and where you work. We also offer permanent placement for the right individuals and will work with you to identify the right facility for you.
What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You will:
* Lead and oversee the delivery of clinical care in residential Aged Care settings
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans tailored to individual needs
* Use your clinical judgment to assess and respond to changing conditions
* Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and families to support residents' wellbeing
* Supervise and mentor Personal Care Workers
* Work within caring, multidisciplinary teams that value professionalism, compassion, and respect

About you
You're a qualified, compassionate nurse who takes pride in delivering quality care. You'll bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in aged care, community health, or another clinical setting
* A minimum of 6 months aged care experience is required
* Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
* A commitment to holistic, person-centred nursing practice
* Australian work authorisation is required at time of application
* Criminal background checks are mandatory for this position
