This international investment bank with a strong reputation across Real Estate clients, is seeking an additional Senior Associate/VP for its Sydney based team. The group operates as part of a globally integrated investment banking platform and benefits from strong, consistent deal flow across the Australian and New Zealand markets. The role offers genuine scope for international career progression.
The coverage of this role is sector agnostic with deals driven by market appetite. The team has exposure to transactions spanning a range of asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, living sectors and alternative real assets. This is a flat structured business, and you will have great exposure to senior bankers and an opportunity to be part of an internationally expanding business, which is aggressively winning market share from its competition.
Our client will only consider candidates with direct M&A or investment banking experience. This will come from a bulge bracket investment bank or a boutique advisor with 5 to 9 years' professional experience. Candidates will most likely come with an exceptional track record and a personality that gravitates towards a career as an advisor. Our client will give you access to some of the top ASX listed corporates as well as the largest financial sponsors (global and domestic), who are actively deploying capital in the Australian and New Zealand markets. They can offer a less hierarchical structure than their competitors, access to high quality work and international opportunities.
