Following the upcoming retirement of our long-term Manager of Corporate Services, Gosnells Primary School (PS) is seeking to appoint a highly organised and dedicated Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to join their friendly team.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical, and human resource processes of the school. The successful applicant should provide consistency for financial planning and budgeting and ideally possess an excellent knowledge of Department Policies and Guidelines. They will be flexible and reliable, possessing excellent conceptual, interpersonal, communication, staff management and problem-solving skills.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess effective human resource management practices and display strategic oversight and effective management of buildings, facilities, and assets at the school. Experience in the application of School Information System (SIS), Asset Registers and Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) packages are highly desirable.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following work related requirements (selection criteria):
1. Leadership skills in the delivery of business outcomes and sound customer service principles and practices.
2. Well developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to use effective negotiation skills
3. Sound financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to interpret and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
4. Sound human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and systems.
5. Ability to provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of business and marketing plans.
6. Sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
