About the Role: Our client is seeking an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys helping others and keeping things on track. This is a diverse and hands-on position combining reception, office administration, and light practice support duties. Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM) is highly regarded, particularly for invoicing, along with general confidence using office systems. Your responsibilities will include: Managing reception and front-of-house duties Handling post office payments, filing, scanning, printing, and binding documents Coordinating day-to-day office tasks including meeting room setup, appointments, and catering for meetings and events Supporting ATO-related administration such as client payment arrangements, BAS/IAS/PAYGW lodgements, and managing lodgement lists Assisting with occasional corporate secretarial tasks (minimal component of the role) Providing general administrative support and assisting the team with ad hoc tasks as needed What you’ll bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisational ability High attention to detail Solid computer proficiency Experience with XPM and CAS (highly regarded) Confidence dealing with the ATO and handling compliance-related administrative processes What’s On Offer Ongoing training and support A welcoming, collaborative team environment Regular team social events and functions A stable, long-term opportunity where your contribution is valued Attractive salary ranging from $60,000–$90,000 Super, (dependant on experience) To apply for this role, please send your resume through the APPLY button below.
