We are looking for Home Carers to work with our clients around the NEWCASTLE area of New South Wales.
Responsibilities
* Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan
* Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and medication assistance
* Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients
* Transport clients to their appointments

Requirements
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role
* Current Police Check – Required
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
* NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain
* Covid19 Vaccination with 1 Booster
* Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email, and internet
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
* Drivers licence and car
