Culinary Professionals Wanted
We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to support us in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
This role involves menu planning, food service management, inventory control, and team supervision. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our meals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in commercial catering or Aged Care, with a proven track record of providing high-quality food services and leading teams to achieve excellent results.
You will be responsible for managing compliance related to food safety, WHS, and quality, as well as leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service. Your skills in stock control, resident dietary management, and kitchen cost management will also be essential in this role.
