As an ITSM professional in Asset and Configuration Management, you will be integral part our Service Management efforts. You will promote ongoing business service improvement through measurable outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to join a progressive team working with onshore and offshore centres to guarantee seamless service delivery and operational excellence. You will coordinate the health and availability of services for Optus Enterprise clients and guide initiatives that maintain high-quality service operations.
What You'll Do
Govern Asset and Configuration management to deliver to service and operational agreements and cost targets
Contribute to Service Management operational health and availability
Development and deployment of initiatives to deliver high quality Asset & CMDB Management
Drive Best Practice improvements in Service Management, delivering regional and cross vertical cost efficiencies
Manage, report and communicate to internal leaders and customer governance forums.
What You Bring
Eligibility for NV1 Clearance
5+ years' of ICT industry experience in achieving operational goals for large matrixed organisations and multiple customers.
Minimum 5 years' ITIL experience, ITIL Certification desirable
Understand & Apply Agile Methodologies in an ITSM Environment
Significant and relevant business experience with multiple customers
A track record in successfully achieving/exceeding operational goals
