What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end debt recovery files: deadline-driven file management, drafting statements of claim and court documents, ad-hoc court appearances and legal research within a supportive team.
What You'll Bring
Relevant legal qualifications with admission to practice law in Victoria
3 years' PQE in disputes, investigations or litigation
Strong time management, attention to detail and MS Office skills
Excellent drafting, research and communication abilities
A proactive, team-based approach and ability to meet tight deadlines
