About this Position We’re seeking a proactive team player to support our Woolworths Account Team in executing commercial plans and strengthening customer partnerships. In this role, you’ll assist with in-store and digital activations, promotional planning, data analysis, and administrative tasks like claims, investment tracking, and product submissions. You’ll also support category reviews, manage third-party merchandising budgets, and contribute to Net Revenue Management by evaluating promotional and New Product Development performance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer account management and commercial execution within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You´ll Do
* Execute key activation initiatives to support National Account Managers (NAMs), including prepack displays, catalogue features, end builds, and Woolworths Cartology elements, aligned to annual business plans.
* Lead the implementation of digital campaigns and strategies to enhance Woolworths’ online presence and shopper engagement.
* Provide ad-hoc data and financial analysis using tools like Aztec and Nielsen (training provided), supporting promotional and New Product Development performance tracking.
* Manage third-party field merchandising budgets and communications, ensuring smooth execution across all channels.
* Support administrative tasks such as claims management, investment tracking promotional portal entries, and documentation processes.
* Assist in the preparation of category and business reviews, including forecasting, sample coordination, and insights generation.
* Handle weekly tracking and reporting for catalogue performance, scan data actualisation via the IIS tool, and maintenance of range and distribution documents.
* Collaborate with the Category and Commercial teams to convert shelf strategy into Woolworths planograms and maintain effective use of the IIS tool across ANZ.
What makes you a good fit
* 2+ years of experience in a National Account Executive or Field Sales role within the FMCG industry
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships
* Proven collaboration and teamwork abilities, with excellent time management and organisational skills
* High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred but not essential
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential
