Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Administrator to join our Bunbury office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the field service team by completing site entry forms, managing the field service truck fleet, ensuring accurate inspections, answering calls, daily job filing, and handling customer queries.
* Organise new starters by arranging access, uniforms, and raising purchase orders (POs).
* Manage purchase requisitions and oversee the purchasing process.
* Handle time capture reporting and organise work scope books.
* Maintain archives and ensure compliance with WesTrac policies.
* Manage training requirements and conduct safety and contamination control audits.
* B uid positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar role.
* Professional level of computer literacy and data entry skills.
* Experience using SAP.
* Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying issues, and expressing oneself clearly.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptability including the ability to perform efficiently in different environments and with diverse tasks and people.
* Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure.
