What you'll be doing

The TRSP Service Manager will lead, oversee and managethe Tertiary Referral Service for Psychosis (TRSP) program. This service provides a state-wide service and will be required to travel to other LHDs across NSW. The role will be responsible for a range of senior management responsibilities across multiple disciplines. The position will facilitate excellence in integrated, holistic health care, with the goal of improving outcomes for clients of the service and the wider community.
The TRSP Service Manager will work closely with the Clinical Director and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders (e.g. Mindgardens Neuroscience Network ).
The Service Manager will need to have some flexibility to travel and to work after hours (including weekends and evenings) participating in the ESMHS on call executive roster.

Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in health discipline or health management, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
* Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change.
* Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in service provision to people with psychosis and providing mental health services or programs.
* Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach
* Demonstrated high level analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
* Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels within a high-volume dynamic work environment
* Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
