Conditions for Success Minimum 8-10 Years PQE practising as an Australian Solicitor with experience in Commercial or Corporate law. Excellent communication skills - Confident approach and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and relevant third parties Experience in Business Development & readily ability to manage client expectations Ability to prioritise and manage many files and project deadlines simultaneously. Adept commercial acumen and disposition - proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach Your Responsibilities Liaise with clients, solicitors and barristers, along with Melbourne office staff to help grow the Corporate & Commercial practice Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome. Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.
