As a senior administrator, this role requires exceptional organizational skills to provide high-level support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
You will be responsible for managing commercially sensitive matters, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and administering ministerial correspondence. Additionally, you will prepare confidential documents, compile agendas and board papers, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and the public. You will also be responsible for monitoring action items and work assignments, advising on deadlines and policies as required.
This role involves managing the CEO's diary, collaborating with the executive team and external stakeholders, and acting as the first point of contact between the public and the CEO. You will also coordinate facilities operations across multiple office locations, ensuring safe and compliant working environments.
You will serve as the primary liaison for property managers in the administration and renewal of lease contracts, facilitate communication, and process lease agreements.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a contractor management register, tracking and evaluating contractor compliance, collating licenses and insurances, and ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met.
Finally, you will provide high-level support to the marketing team as needed, producing high-quality documents and public-facing materials in line with branding guidelines.
