We are seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated Administration Officer to support the Nursing Unit Manager/Nurse Manager of ICU/PICU within our Executive Intensive Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high‑quality patient care by ensuring our clinical teams are well‑supported through exceptional administrative coordination.
As a key member of our ICU administration team, you will play an important role in supporting positive healthcare outcomes for our patients, families, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the NUM/NM of ICU/PICU
* Assisting with rostering, recruitment processes, and workforce coordination
* Completing audit and data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Coordinating education sessions, training courses, and professional development activities for nursing staff
* Delivering professional reception and front‑of‑house services for the unit
* Supporting the broader executive administration team in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
About You:
We are looking for an administration professional who is:
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Able to take initiative and manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Reliable, accountable, and committed to supporting high‑quality patient care
* Ready to grow within a busy clinical environment
Four weeks annual leave (pro‑rata for part‑time employees)
Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full‑time employees)
Superannuation contributions 12%
