* Assist technicians with diagnostic and failure analysis to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Manage schedule changes and fitter availability during unforeseen absences.
* Ensure service trucks and associated equipment are well-maintained.
