Advanced Pharmacist – Medication Safety & Quality

Your New Role
As the Advanced Pharmacist – Medication Safety and Quality, you will provide expert clinical leadership to drive safe, high-quality use of medicines across Bayside Health Service. You will:
* Deliver advanced clinical and consultancy services in medication safety, quality improvement and NSQHS compliance
* Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of medication safety systems, audits and improvement initiatives
* Provide clinical leadership, education and mentoring to pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams
* Act as a specialist advisor and reference point for medication safety, governance and quality use of medicines
About you:
You Are An Experienced Pharmacist With Strong Clinical Judgement And a Passion For Improving Patient Safety Through Leadership And Innovation. You Have
* Demonstrable advanced clinical expertise in medication safety, quality improvement and governance
* Proven ability to lead, influence and support multidisciplinary teams in complex clinical environments
* Strong communication, consultancy and change management skills
* The motivation to drive continuous improvement, research and evidence-based practice in healthcare
