Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Product Director for Engineering Excellence to play a pivotal role in enhancing developer experience, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring platform teams operate with a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop initiatives to establish developer guilds, capture engineering sentiment, and gather metrics from our tooling.
* Capture and nurture Engineering innovations, transforming them into impactful, bank-wide offerings.
* Ensure that AI is leveraged effectively for engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience leading engineering teams and a deep understanding of software development practices.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies, manage complex engineering initiatives, and optimize resources.
Strong 'product thinking' mindset with experience in performing interviews, doing research, measuring, understanding addressable market, and prioritizing based on cost-benefits.
Evidence of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a dynamic and highly agile environment.
