About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repair work across a range of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. You will represent our brand on-site and play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation for quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain domestic and commercial ducted, wall split, and cassette air conditioning systems
* Diagnose faults and breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
* Work independently while adhering to company procedures and safety standards
Essential Requirements
* Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
* Current manual driver's licence
* WA Restricted Electrical Licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Solid understanding of OHS requirements and safe work practices
