Key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver engaging, safe and high-quality group fitness classes that cater to a range of abilities and fitness levels.
* Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and motivating environment for all participants.
* Promote UQ Sport programs and services, contributing to member engagement and retention.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring all classes are conducted in line with safety, compliance and program requirements.
About you:
* Cert IV in Fitness
* Current recognised qualification/certification and/or training in a specific group fitness class
* First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Proven fitness level with demonstrated experience delivering engaging group fitness classes to music
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service excellence
* Dedicated to ongoing professional development and participation in relevant external training
* Personal Training (PT) experience will be highly regarded
