Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Tax Transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical tax expertise, transformation capabilities, and technology acumen.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy development, market approach identification, and stakeholder management. They will also be skilled in solution architecture design, project implementation, and risk mitigation.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law is preferred but not required. We encourage applicants with relevant experience and skills to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic sales plans aligned with divisional objectives.
* Identify key market approaches, partners, and clients to drive pipeline growth.
* Collaborate with the broader team on RFP development, response preparation, and oral presentations.
* Design solution architectures, including costing models, and liaise with the technology team.
* Oversee project implementation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
* Manage stakeholder reporting and develop supporting content.
* Coach junior team members to enhance capability within the team.
* Contribute to the tax function strategy and drive operational excellence through automation and analytical tools.
* Support ERP upgrades by identifying business, data, and reporting requirements for tax.
