This is an Exciting new Opportunity for a Kalgoorlie based Site Administrator to join the Merkanooka team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide effective & efficient administration support to Site Supervisors
· Update and maintain daily production reports
· Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to site
· Enter daily, weekly and monthly HSE data
· Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases

* We offer an hourly salary plus superannuation on all 12.5 hours worked
* 5/2 Roster – Mon to Fri - Day shift work only - 5am - 5.30pm
* Kalgoorlie Locals - $12K Gross Residential Allowance on Offer

* Paid annual leave (20 days) & sick pay (10 days)
To be considered for this role, successful applicants will possess the following:
* 2+ years prior experience in a similar site-based Administrative role
* Enjoy working in a team environment where you bring your professionalism and your positive attitude to our crew
* Confident communication and ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors
* Australian working rights
* Current and valid Manual Australian Drivers License
* National Police Check or ability to obtain one
