What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a residential property portfolio with a strong apartment focus
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Delivering high-level customer service across all touchpoints
* Overseeing leasing, arrears, maintenance, and routine inspections
* Working closely with internal support staff to ensure smooth portfolio operations
