1. Delivering safe, researched-based standards of nursing care;
2. Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
3. Delivering education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs;
4. Leading successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes;
5. Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;
6. Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.
REQUIREMENTS
7. Current AHPRA registration;
8. Working with Children check;
9. Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent;
10. Post Graduate Certificate or working towards a relevant specialty (desirable);
11. Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
12. Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement;
13. Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team;
14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
15. Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused.
