They value collaborative teamwork, joy in the workplace, a strong sense of ownership, making a significant impact, and embracing challenges with resilience.Job DescriptionHandle first notifications and daily interactions with members, providing expert and timely administrative support.Ensure a consistent, timely, and high-quality service experience in every interaction with members.Participate in thorough training, ongoing education, and regular coaching to stay updated on membership processes.Actively contribute to improving processes and member communication with innovative ideas.Administer invoices and claims accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate data quality in line with privacy and stringent regulation requirements.Prepare claims supporting documentation for efficient resolution in line with policy, process, QA, and SLA standards.Appropriately code all information into the document management system.Ensure all information in the claims system is accurate, detailed, and updated in a timely manner.Foster a culture of member focus, open collaboration, and constructive challenge.Be open to receiving and acting on regular feedback.Skills & Experience:At least 1 year experience in a similar role is a must.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable attitude.Highly organised and detail oriented.Ability to multitask and problem solve.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to always maintain a positive and professional demeanor.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
