The Opportunity

* Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including contractor management, supplier liaison, maintenance requests, and facilities helpdesk activities
* Support office environment management through workspace inspections, storage management, pool car coordination, and print room administration
* Monitor cleaning, housekeeping, and building services to ensure workplace presentation and service standards are consistently maintained
* Assist with emergency preparedness activities, including emergency drills, first aid supplies, warden coordination, and maintaining emergency equipment and signage
* Collaborate with internal teams and the broader Office Services team to support events, workplace initiatives, operational improvements, and smooth office operations

Is this role right for you?

* Previous experience working within an office, workplace, facilities, or customer service environment.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records and processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
* A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond positively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
* A collaborative mindset with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, safety, and delivering high-quality workplace services.
* Full, unrestricted driver's licence required.
