As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven SeniorMerchandising Manager to lead and shape our end-to-end merchandise strategy, driving performance,profitability, and operational excellence across all channels.
Role Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and executing the Rachel Gilbert visual identity across all brand touch points. Sitting between graphic design and art direction, this supports season campaign development, in-season communications, content development and post-production delivery while maintaining exceptional creative standards and brand consistency.
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing and working closely with the wider creative team, this role is responsible for translating brand strategy into elevated visual outcomes across digital, retail and campaign environments. This role is for a brand focused creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling, content development and the ability to contribute actively and creatively across shoots, asset creation and seasonal roll outs.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Storytelling
* Translate the Creative vision into compelling and elevated visual assets across all brand touchpoints.
* Support the development and rollout of seasonal creative concepts across digital assets, and retail environments.
* Maintain and evolve the visual consistency of the Rachel Gilbert brand across all channels.
* Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand guidelines and ensure their application across all outputs.
* Develop seasonal rollout concepts across website, social, email, paid media & retail touch points.
* Ideate and design teaser content, campaign support assets and print assets.
* Support look book deign and seasonal campaign communication frameworks.
Content Production
* Assist in concept development and execution of seasonal campaigns alongside the Head of Brand & Creative Director.
* Attend shoots where required to ensure alignment and asset capture requirements are met.
* Support the art direction on set through composition awareness, reference alignment and brand consistency oversight.
* Assist in coordinating external creative partners during post production.
* Contribute to briefing documents for shoots and seasonal asset capture requirements.
* Identify additional content capture opportunities to support in-season communications.
* Assist in management of asset lists and delivery milestones.
Post Production & Asset Delivery
* Support post-production feedback across campaign and in-season still and video assets.
* Ensure assets are delivered aligned with deadlines and schedules to internal teams.
* Maintain oversight of retouching quality and consistency across all visual touchpoints.
* Support the rollout of seasonal assets across social media, eDM, paid media, website & retail.
Seasonal Rollout Development
* Support the Head of Brand in the development of seasonal rollout frameworks.
* Support the delivery of rollout concepts in alignment with the marketing critical path.
* Ensure rollout assets maintain consistency with overarching campaign direction.
Social Media & Content
* Curate and design the weekly and seasonal social media grid in alignment with brand identity.
* Concept and capture supplementary social content where required.
* Identify opportunities to elevate always-on content through storytelling and visual consistency.
Digital Marketing & eCommerce
* Design weekly eDM communications aligned with campaign and trade calendars.
* Deliver paid media creative across Meta, Pinterest & Google platforms.
* Develop elevated website assets and landing page creative with the eCommerce team.
* Ensure consistency across all digital marketing channels.
Cross Functional Collaboration
* Act as a brand ambassador across all internal and external communications
* Support the creative workflow organisation and contribute to improving design processes.
* Provide creative feedback to internal teams.
* Maintain strong organisation across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Key Skills & Competencies
* Highly developed visual design sensibility with strong fashion awareness
* Strong understanding of asset development and seasonal rollout planning.
* Passion for visual storytelling.
* Experience supporting asset capture planning.
* Confidence in managing post-production feedback across stills and motion assets.
* Strong typography, layout and digital design capability.
* Advanced Abode Creative Suite proficiency.
* Experience designing in Figma.
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
* Acute attention to detail.
* Proactive and solution focused mindset.
* Minimum 5+ years experience in a design role within fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
