Receptionist / Junior Legal Assistant
What are we looking for?
**Fixed Term 6 Month Contract Part-Time (Two days per week Tuesday and Thursday) | Newcastle office**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive, energetic and highly motivated Receptionist/Junior Legal Assistant to join our team in Newcastle. You will be the first person that a client meets in their legal journey. That's why it's so important that our teams are welcoming, empathetic and caring.
This important role will have you supporting our overall business in this true front of house position, where you will be liaising directly with our Newcastle team and our clients.
It will also have you responsible for:
- Setting up appointments
- Preparing meeting rooms and video conference bookings
- Occasional travel and catering bookings
- File and file management
- Administrative tasks
What will you bring?
- Welcoming and able to put clients at ease when they arrive to meet their lawyer
- Experience in administration/customer service
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach
- Ability to confidently multi-task
