As General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping strategic direction while ensuring excellence in daily operations. The Role Reporting to the President and Board, the General Manager will: Oversee the full spectrum of club operations — course, clubhouse, staffing, events, and administration Drive strategic planning and implementation in collaboration with the Board and committees Lead and develop staff, enhance systems, and cultivate a high-performance culture Deliver outstanding member experience across all touchpoints Manage financial planning, reporting, and compliance Partner with the Course Superintendent to maintain top-tier course standards Represent the Club to stakeholders and develop community and commercial partnerships The Ideal Candidate We’re seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader who is confident in operations and brings a blend of commercial thinking and emotional intelligence.
