About the Role
This is a pivotal support role working closely with the Director. As Personal Assistant, you will be instrumental in keeping the business running smoothly and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct administrative and operational support to the Director
* Managing emails, calendars, and follow-ups
* Preparing documentation, reports, and client communications
* Assisting with property management administration and compliance processes
* Coordinating with tenants, landlords, trades, and service providers
* Supporting leasing, onboarding, and day-to-day workflow tasks
* Maintaining systems, records, and internal processes with precision
